Route and Pace Options

You'll be part of a guided group, led by experienced pacemakers and local running guides: 

🟦 Fast Run: ~7-8 km at 5:30 min/km pace 

🟨 Steady Jog: ~5-6 km at 6:15 min/km pace 

🟥 Brisk Walk: ~3.5-4 km at a relaxed pace (~40 min)
