Rochester Regional Health’s Employee Referral Program is designed to recognize and reward our team members for connecting us with talent interested in one of our vital patient care positions. Each successful referral helps us strengthen our workforce, which benefits our colleagues and the community we serve.

It’s simple – submit a referral today! And if they are hired into a Referral Bonus eligible role, be rewarded after they start! For eligibility criteria and details on our program, be sure to check out our Frequently Asked Questions.

**Enhanced bonuses surpassing $5,000 are paid out in 2 installments (excluding Physician and APP); 50% at 90 days and 2nd half at 1 year. Payment contingent on both employees being employed at time of installment.
